Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and [TODO insert legal entity name, ACN or ABN] ("Agency SEO", "we", "us"). By using Agency SEO you are accepting these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are telling us you have authority to bind that company.
Your account
You need an account to run audits. Keep your password private, give us a working email, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can close your account at any time.
What we provide
Agency SEO runs automated SEO audits, produces keyword research, writes and optionally implements title and meta data, and produces content plans. Free-tier audits have intentional limits. Paid tiers are described on the pricing page and any order form we send you.
What you pay
Free audits cost nothing and require no credit card. Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us: your URLs, your content, your brand assets, your audit outputs. You grant us a limited licence to use those inputs only to deliver the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agency SEO to audit sites you do not own or have permission to audit, to build or promote content that infringes someone else's rights, to attempt to reverse engineer the product, or to resell our output without our written consent.
Third-party data
Audits include data from Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and similar sources. That data is theirs, not ours; we present it to you under the terms of our contracts with those providers.
No guarantee of ranking
SEO is probabilistic. We work hard, we know what we are doing, and we will tell you the truth about what to expect. But we cannot promise a specific ranking, traffic figure, or revenue outcome. Anyone who does is either lying or misinformed.
Availability and changes
We aim for high uptime but we do not promise the service will be available without interruption. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material change that makes the service less useful to you, we will tell you and, for paid plans, give you a fair chance to cancel and get a refund for any unused period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited by contract.
Termination
You can end your use of Agency SEO at any time by closing your account. We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO insert state, e.g. New South Wales], Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
